About this website
This website introduces Astrino’s remote operations and software development services. It is a private review version. Service descriptions explain work that can be discussed; they are not a signed service agreement.
Scope and engagement
The tasks, deliverables, responsibilities, access, working hours, response expectations, price and approval process for an operations engagement are agreed separately. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract or reserve capacity.
Software projects
Requirements, feasibility, integrations, delivery stages, acceptance criteria and launch arrangements are defined for each project. Source code ownership, intellectual property, licensing, hosting, third party costs and ongoing support are agreed in the project contract. Standalone software projects can be discussed.
Information and examples
Workflow diagrams and software concepts are illustrative. Demo Insights articles are unpublished drafts for review. The website does not present those examples as client projects, performance results or an established publication archive.
Results and specialist decisions
Astrino does not promise particular savings, productivity gains, revenue, leads, search rankings, software uptime or security outcomes. Client approvals and specialist decisions remain with the people identified in the agreed scope. Finance administration is administrative support, with the boundaries set out on its service page.
Responsible use and enquiries
Use the website and enquiry flow for legitimate business enquiries. Do not submit passwords, unauthorised client information or material you do not have permission to share. The enquiry form prepares an email for you to review and send; it does not confirm receipt.
